Flawless Fade SMP – Refund & Return Policy

At Flawless Fade SMP, we take pride in offering advanced scalp micropigmentation (SMP) services that reflect the highest standards of artistry, hygiene, and professionalism. Please review our Refund & Return Policy carefully before undergoing treatment.

1. Aesthetic Nature of SMP - No refunds for Subjective Dissatisfaction - SMP is a non-medical aesthetic procedure. As with all cosmetic treatments, results are subjective and can vary based on individual skin types, healing processes, aftercare adherence or lack thereof, and client expectations. Because this is an elective, aesthetic procedure, Flawless Fade SMP does not offer refunds based on personal dissatisfaction with the final appearance of the treatment.

We encourage clients to review our portfolio, attend consultations, and ask any questions prior to committing to the procedure.

2. Refund Eligibility - Industry Standards for Botched Work - The only circumstance under which a partial or full refund may be considered is in the rare event that the work is deemed botched by objective industry standards. For a refund request to be reviewed, the following criteria must be met in full:

You must obtain written assessments from two (2) licensed and practicing SMP professionals within a 100-mile radius of your treatment location.
Each professional must have a minimum of 5 years of experience and have performed over 300 SMP procedures.
Both professionals must independently conclude, in writing, that the work performed fails to meet accepted industry standards for symmetry, pigment distribution, and density, and that corrective procedures would be medically or cosmetically necessary.

These assessments must be submitted to Flawless Fade SMP within 30 days of your last treatment session for refund consideration.

If these conditions are not fully satisfied, no refund will be processed.

3. Preferred Solution - Corrective Work with Elite SMP Partners - Rather than pursuing a refund, we offer clients the opportunity to have their work corrected or enhanced by one of our Master Trainers at:

Gerow Hair Ink – New York
Scalp Micro – New York

To support this corrective pathway, Flawless Fade SMP will provide up to $1,000 off the service price in the form of travel reimbursement and/or discount, payable directly to the selected partner clinic or toward associated travel costs. This option must be chosen before any refund review process begins.

4. No return on Services Rendered - As SMP is a manual and artistic procedure, services rendered cannot be undone, returned, or resold. By proceeding with your procedure at Flawless Fade SMP, you acknowledge that you are receiving a custom treatment tailored specifically to your scalp and personal aesthetic goals.
