• DO wear a hat, cap, beanie, skullcap if desired
• DO lightly dab area with wet cloth or towel
• DO sleep as normal
• DO drink plenty of water
• DO take medications or vitamins as normal

• DON'T sweat heavily or workout intensely
• DON'T scrub, rinse, submerge, shampoo area
• DON'T shave or buzz over treated area
• DON'T have prolonged exposure to sunlight
• DON'T touch treated area with hands

• DO carefully shave, buzz or cut hair if desired
• DO lightly rinse with water
• DO apply a fragrance free moisturizer or sunscreen
• DO resume light exercise as desired

• DON'T scratch vigorously or pick any tiny scabbing
• DON'T use any shampoos or exfoliants
• DON'T use any self tanners or skin irritants

• DO enjoy your flawless natural new look
• DO resume all activities as normal - with full enthusiasm
