A Journey Rooted in Excellence
Carmeesha entered the permanent cosmetics industry in 2022, bringing with her a dedication to detail, design, and helping others look and feel their best. She is a proud graduate of the SMP Masters curriculum at Scalp Micro USA in Houston, TX, and has completed the Level IV Advanced SMP Masters program at Gerow Hair Ink in New York—two of the industry’s most respected training academies.
Certified Permanent Makeup Artist, certified with the American Academy of Micropigmentation, and a graduate of the Powder Ombré Brows MasterClass, Carmeesha also runs Flawless Face Brows and Beauty where she provides high-quality permanent makeup services.
Her training was conducted under elite practitioners with over 20 years of combined experience and more than 20,000 SMP clients served. This has equipped her with an advanced, results-driven technique and an exceptional eye for natural hairline restoration.

Carmeesha holds multiple permanent makeup certifications and is an active member of the American Academy of Micropigmentation (AAM). She is certified in Bloodborne Pathogens (BBP) and CPR, and works in a county-licensed cosmetic tattoo studio regulated by the Cuyahoga County Board of Health. Every procedure follows strict safety and sanitation standards to ensure the well-being of every client.
